I started to get to know Lauren and Josh round about 2 years ago, at this point they have a date or venue or anything organised, but eventually the wedding date came around and it was breathtaking!
Lauren’s maid of honour made a toast where she talked about when she and Lauren first met.It was at cheer leading try outs and Lauren was one of those stunning girls where it looked like time stood still as her hair moved in the wind. Lauren’s maid of honour went on to say that from there on they had become best friends, and that Lauren truly is just as beautiful inside and out.
Josh and Lauren are a beautiful couple and this was reflected in their wedding as well. The theme of the wedding was “love” which is a perfect fit for the couple.
The Marriott Waterside was the venue the couple chose, which was a ideal choice and a beautiful location, situated right downtown Tampa on the waterfront. The ceremony was held on the patio of the hotel overlooking the river.
Their wedding was coordinated by Julie, and her team from Chic Designs and Fabulous Events who arranged the day down to every last detail. The colours the couple chose were varying shades of dusky pink, ivory and shimmering golds.
It was a joy to work Josh and Lauren as well as the rest of the team on the day, and a real honour to be a part of their special day.
Carrie is the founder Carrie Wildes Photography Art & Design. Her passion for photography was ignited while on a mission trip to the Philippines when she realized how amazing it was to capture the spirit and emotions of the people there. Their studio is based in Tampa, Florida and with 3 teams of photographers, they have captured wedding stories all over the state of Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Colorado, Jamaica, Mexico, and Turks and Caicos just to name a few.
