Before my wedding, I made myself do all kinds of challenges to get in shape. One of them was 100 jumping jacks a day. You wouldn’t believe just how in shape your legs get from doing bare-minimum exercising! I also made sure to drink A TON of water so I wouldn’t get dehydrated.
OK, so I know I’m not getting married again, but summer is just around the corner, and I could definitely use a little toning up. So, for the next month, I vow to do 100 jumping jacks every day! Who’s with me?
