Happy Wednesday! By now, you know that I am head over heels in love with gorgeous pictures and consequently, my posts are a little photo heavy!! Today is no exception, because I am sharing with you some fun homemade photo booth ideas for your wedding! It seems like photo booths are the new thing on the wedding scene, and they provide some fun entertainment for your guests, not to mention some fun keepsakes for your wedding book or an alternative to a guest sign-in book. Renting a photo booth can get on the expensive side, but making one would be a cute little project for the bride and groom to work on together!
I had to include a DIY sign so you can direct your guests to the photo-booth fun!
I love the idea of these unique frame. Maybe you could find some at a second-hand store, or someone may let you borrow them! Aren’t the kids just adorable in this picture!
You can make our own props – think mustaches, red lips, sunglasses…
Or, you can add chalkboard signs! For fun ideas, check out our Trend Tracker: Chalkboard Signs post from yesterday.
More frames and chalkboards!
Another simple idea is to hang a pretty sheet!
These last two photos are so fun and are what I am talking about for a bride/groom DIY project!
What do you think? Do you like these ideas?
Have a wonderful Wednesday, and I will see you Friday!
XOXO,
The Fairytale Bride

I love the DIY photo booth trend, as it allows couples to save money and get creative. Great post!
i love it! the 2 last pictures are especially adorable!
although..i have a question..how do you suggest though creating the actual camera aspect of it though? like provide a polaroid for guests or digital camera for later and have whichever guest take the picture for the group?
The last two pics are priceless! What a great idea =)
Love these ideas. I’m taking them!!!
Our photobooth is just a simple tie-dye sheet background with reusable cameras on a side table next to a bucket of fun stuff to wear! lol I hope it works.
We are using a digital camera and a sign up sheet with email addresses and mailing the pics to everyone. I am a balloon artist so I used the conduit from my frame work and black sheets to create the booth. People tend to take funnier pics when others can’t see them. I went to a local dollar store and to a party outlet store and bought props and shopped for big frames at thrift stores…. Our wedding is in Oct, 2012… I will be sure to let you know how it goes!!
