There are some things to take into consideration when figuring out your food, reception and such. First of all, you need to consider the serving style you want. For example a buffet is cheaper then a sit-down meal (because it requires less servers). Though, buffets may mean more eating which means you need to provide more as well as make sure people are not having to stand in line for hours to eat
