You love your bridesmaids, right? Of course you do, that is why you picked them. If you're like me you want them to look just a fraction less fabulous then yourself on the big day. Cast off the idea of the stereotypical bridesmaid dress. You know what I'm talking about. The words frumpy, frilly, and poofy come to mind.
Be a kind bride and consider the different shapes, heights, and skin complexions of your attendants. If your working with different body types you may have to select more then one style gown. Remember not every dress flatters everyone. It can be a daunting task, I know {smack dab in the middle of a BM dress drama myself}. But it's definitely worth it. You don't want your best friend or sister to walk down the aisle looking like this.

I agree. But i've got the mindset of the classic bridal party with similar dresses and shoes. Considering how different my ladies look, I think i found an amazing dress that is pretty flattering all around and DEFINITELY re-wearable- no joke and all 7 for less than 200... u can't beat that, right? I love my ladies - now on to the shoe dilemma! :)
